With over two decades of marketing experience since 2001, Damie Lumsden brings a rare blend of agency leadership and in-house brand expertise to Leader Marketing Group. He has spent nearly 15 years specializing in firearms marketing, developing a deep understanding of compliance, audience targeting, and high-performance campaigns in a regulated industry. Prior to founding LMG, Damie held key marketing roles at Oldcastle, where he helped drive growth for nationally recognized brands such as Belgard, Sakrete, and Techniseal. His background also includes managing and scaling multiple marketing agencies, giving him a well-rounded, results-driven perspective on what it takes to grow businesses across competitive markets.
